Privacy
This is a summary in ordinary language so you can see the shape of things quickly. The full privacy policy is the document that actually governs how your data is handled, and it is linked below.
The Short Version
You need an account to use the product, so we hold what an account requires. Conversations are between the two people in them and are not published. We do not sell your personal data.
Analytics tell us which pages people arrive on and how they move around the site. That is aggregate traffic measurement, not a record of who you talked to.
Cookies and Measurement
Where analytics are enabled, they are used to understand which search terms and pages bring people here and where the site is failing them. Search Console reports on queries and pages at an aggregate level — nobody, including us, can see the individual search a given visitor typed.
Your Choices
You can use a display name unconnected to your real identity, you can control camera and microphone permissions at the device level, and you can request deletion of your account. The full policy sets out how to exercise data rights formally.
The Governing Document
The full privacy policy is the operative version and takes precedence over this summary wherever they differ.
Operator Details
Operator details to be completed: registered company name, registered address and company number have not yet been supplied for publication. This placeholder is deliberate — we would rather show a gap than invent an entity.
Full Policy Documents
The operative documents live with the platform that runs this service: privacy policy and terms of service. Where they differ from the summary above, they take precedence.
