Reporting Someone

Use the report control inside the conversation rather than email. It attaches the report to the right account and the right session, which email cannot do. Include what happened and roughly when.

If it is urgent and involves a threat or a minor, report in the product and contact your local authorities — do not wait for us.

Editorial Corrections

If something on a review or comparison page is wrong, tell us what and where. We will check it against a primary source, correct it, and update the review date on the page. This applies to the companies we write about as much as to readers.

Privacy and Account Requests

Data access, correction and deletion requests are handled under the privacy policy. Send them from the address on the account so we can verify who is asking.
